Titan James and the Broken Strings always get the crowd dancing. It seemed but proper to have them as Act 3 for our Birthday Shindig in 3 Acts.
The night was full of surprises – including Alex Bedford playing with his Trio format (Jeff Santana on Guitar and Kaku on Bass)
Act 1 was LILA MARCH – Yes I meant to type that in all caps. It was the first time any of us have ever seen her play live, dubbed by many as our best Act 1 in this venue so far. I for one felt compelled to share that her concert set felt like she was the crazy lovechild of Bjork and Kate Bush. What an amazing voice. We will definitely host her again.
Act 1 : LILA MARCH
(singer-songwriter and will be featured again with her band one day soon)
Act 2 : ALEX BEDFORD
(with Jeff Santana and Kaku – Trio format)
Act 3 : TITAN JAMES and The Broken Strings (We get double Kaku action as he plays bass again, Liam Cloud on guitar and Danny the Indie on drums doing his wild monster muppet thing we love)
It’s all about the journey, this one was particularly epic as the dance floor descended into “less-than-fully-authorized” dancing.
We strive for the best of nights: 3 Concerts, 1 ticket. Projection mapped live visuals. VJ Baby K doing a single dramatic circle mapped in a sort of halo effect when the singers take centre stage.
Host: DYLAN CLOUD, who also recently released “Straight On”, the soundtrack to this video edit.
