‘Battle In Style’ was a live performance featuring Free Fire’s virtual band T.R.A.P.

T.R.A.P.’s interactive performance live-streamed on YouTube on 27 November and was produced by Fin Design & Effects and made in Unreal Engine.

Blending gameplay, animation and responsive emojis, viewers could influence the performance in real-time, using live chat to vote on Moco’s dance moves or to choose which pet Kelly will dance with – two of many exciting choices within the show.

After four solo performances by Miguel, Antonio, Kelly and Moco, Free Fire gamers
got to witness the T.R.A.P member’s reunited on screen in a final epic performance.

The final music video anthem was created by blending four genres (country, electronic, rap and pop) over one another – the final piece in the ‘Battle In Style’ puzzle. Since ‘Battle In Style’ launched on 27th November, Free Fire players have clocked in 150 million engagements to unlock the live T.R.A.P. reunion performance.

This virtual concert and Free Fire Anthem were designed to inspire Free Fire gamers to live every battle in style: in gaming and in life. Today’s Gen Z is saddled with increasing pressures and anxiety where every day can seem like a battle. We wanted to show and inspire the Gen Z’s that if you can take on Free Fire’s in-game battles in style, you can take on all of life’s battles in style. Essentially, it’s about embodying a positive, authentic spirit and outlook in life.
